Legal Aid NSW statewide specialist service.

The WDO Service provides specialist fines advice, assistance and representation services to eligible people with unpaid fines.

We can provide free legal advice for people with unpaid fines.

We can:

  • Assist people in financial hardship to apply for an internal review, WDO placement or payment plan
  • Support people in financial hardship and exceptional circumstances to make a write off application
  • Provide fines advice and training to service providers interested in joining the WDO scheme and
  • Support WDO sponsors to deliver the WDOs
