Panel members must promptly disclose any potential conflict of interest and refrain from reviewing any appeal in which they have such a conflict, ensuring the integrity and impartiality of the review process.
All information related to appeals is strictly confidential. Panel members must not share or discuss case details outside of the official review process, except as required by law.

When reviewing appeals, Panel members must observe the Legal Aid NSW client eligibility policies (including means and merit tests) and other relevant guidelines.
