Making a complaint is free. Complaints can be made by telephone, in person, email, by letter or using the form below

    There were technical issues with our complaints form between December 2024 and February 2025, and some complaints submissions may have been missed.

    If you submitted a complaint between those dates and have not received a response, please email complaints@legalaid.nsw.gov.au. We apologise for the inconvenience.
